	"content":"<p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">在江苏南京市医保中心的服务大厅，机器人“小爱”会对来访提问做出回应，并直接弹窗给出“解答”，哪怕是看似和医保不相关的问题，“小爱”也能幽默回应，吸引不少办事群众的目光，也让办事群众从进门那刻起心情便舒畅不少。</p><p style=\"text-align:center\"><img id=\"https://jrsboss.newaircloud.com/jrsb/upload/202405/22/a6770451-d396-47e3-95b8-68f13e68b8c1.png\" src=\"https://jrsboss.newaircloud.com/jrsb/upload/202405/22/a6770451-d396-47e3-95b8-68f13e68b8c1.png\" alt=\"图片1.png\" topic=\"图片1\" newsedit_path=\"null\" _src=\"https://jrsboss.newaircloud.com/jrsb/upload/202405/22/a6770451-d396-47e3-95b8-68f13e68b8c1.png\" draggable=\"false\" data-ratio=\"0.563041385948027\" data-w=\"1039\" style=\"max-width: 100%;\"></p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">“什么问题都能接得住”的医保服务机器人，是中国人寿与南京市医保中心合作打造的全国首款医保服务机器人。为机器人“小爱”量身打造的知识库，既涉及医保政策待遇，又涉及参保缴费等高频服务事项，既有图像、表格，又有二维码、视频等多媒体素材，既有语音文字，又有读卡扫码端口、软键盘等交互渠道。通过自主学习和被动学习等汲取医保知识，机器人“小爱”已经实现了5大类场景、12项可在线办理的医保服务，目前已累计办理医保业务超5.6万件，月均办理2950件，单日最高办理量近300件，大大缓解了人工窗口的压力。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">金融监管总局日前印发的《关于银行业保险业做好金融“五篇大文章”的指导意见》提出，数字金融要把握机遇、重视安全，提高金融服务便利性和竞争力。近年来，中国人寿全力提升数字化经营服务能力，持续加强线上线下业务协同联动，有效提高了金融服务的便利性和竞争力。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">苏州市商业医疗保险“一键式快赔”项目是中国人寿以数字金融深入探索理赔模式创新的一个缩影。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">“我在中午12点左右将理赔资料上传完毕，1个小时不到就收到了赔款。整个理赔过程大大出乎我的意料，便捷、快速让我有了幸福的体验。”江苏苏州“一键式快赔”客户家属沈女士在介绍自己最近一次的理赔经历时说道。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">据了解，保险消费者只需进入“苏周到”APP的“商保理赔一件事”模块，并选择保险公司和可进行理赔的医疗费用类保单，勾选需要申请的医保费用诊疗数据，即可完成理赔申请，无须再提交纸质理赔资料。该理赔模式手续简便、资料简化和赔付精准，大大提升了广大客户，尤其是老年客户的理赔满意度。</p><p style=\"text-indent: 2em; text-align: justify;\">截至2024年4月末，中国人寿寿险江苏苏州分公司已成功办结“一键式快赔”项目理赔828件，从理赔资料提交成功到赔款到账平均用时仅0.71天，较运作之前缩短44.1%。</p><section class=\"_135editor\" data-role=\"paragraph\" id=\"autoparagraph\"><p><br></p></section>",
